Aggregation Parade Phase II: DeFi’s Turn To Blossom On zkLink Nova
Now that phase one of the Aggregation Parade is nearing its end, and zkLink Nova has succeeded in its mission to aggregate over 80 different assets, it’s time to unveil the curtains and begin Phase II. Phase II of the Aggregation Parade — the Token Merge Ceremony — is a fresh and exciting initiative that will for the first time allow users to interact with zkLink Nova dApps using merged tokens and earn rewards.
As Phase I’s deposit lock period draws to a close (ending on April 14), all Nova Points will be settled and distributed to participants, marking the conclusion of this initial phase. Now, as we transition into Phase II, it’s time for users to ascend to new heights and embrace the next challenge in earning rewards on zkLink Nova.

How Phase II Works: Key Campaign Features
1)Merged Tokens: Users participating in the Token Merge Ceremony can receive additional Nova Points boosts by holding merged tokens, including Merged wBTC and Merged Stablecoins.
- Merged wBTC: 2.5x
- Merged Stablecoins: 3x
2)Ecosystem Bootstrap: Assets interacting with zkLink Nova dApps will receive additional Nova Points boosts between 1.5x and 2x.
3)Mystery Box Season 2 (Starting April 9th, 12 PM UTC):
- For Season 2, we have updated the rules for mystery boxes — raising the quantity from 100 to 1000 drops. 100 mystery boxes will be given according to the leaderboard and 900 will be randomly distributed to active campaign referrers.
- The new mystery boxes will have an updated rewards pool. 3x and 4x Nova Point booster rewards will be replaced with 500 and 1000 Nova rewards points respectively.
- Existing 3x and 4x Nova Point boosters will be removed effective immediately. Existing Nova Point booster holders will be compensated by having their current points multiplied by the value of their Nova Points multipliers.
- E.g. If you had 1000 Nova Points and a 4x Nova Points Booster, after the conversion you would have 4000 Nova Points.
4)A Special Reunion To Reward zkLink’s Super Friends:
- Here, ALL participants of previous zkLink campaigns will be airdropped rewards in the Phase II campaign, which include Nova Point boosters, NFT trademarks, and Lynks NFTs. Examples of potential qualifying campaigns include zkLink Nexus Playground Alpha Mainnet Celebration Campaign, zkLink Summer Tour, Dunkirk Asset Recovery Test, and zkLink loyalty NFT.
- All users’ points will be boosted by a Loyalty Booster, in proportion to the days they joined the Aggregation Parade. The calculation is as follows:
- Loyalty Booster = 0.5% * number of days they joined
- Nova point_after the boost = (1 + loyalty booster) * Nova point_before the boost
Aggregation Parade Phase II — the Token Merge Ceremony — is a celebration of our platform’s newest functionality — Token Merge — the process where tokens issued on different blockchains by the same entity, and of equivalent value, are consolidated into a single merged token. Tokens on zkLink Nova go through a smart contract and governance process, enhancing the usability and liquidity of these assets within the zkLink Nova ecosystem.

Layer 3 Spring is coming!
*April 10, 2024 New Announcement*
As Phase 1 of the Aggregation Parade campaign draws to a close, and after listening to the community’s feedback, we’re excited to announce the beginning of Phase 2.
1. April 14, 2024, 10 AM UTC marks the official conclusion of Phase 1 and also the beginning of Phase 2. Withdrawals will be enabled after April 14, 2024, at 10 AM UTC, which will allow users to withdraw their assets from Nova.
2. Users can still invite new participants to join the Aggregation Parade campaign, with each eligible referral’s criteria to join decreasing from 0.25ETH to 0.1ETH. In addition, the cap for each referral has been increased from 30 to 100.
3. Three valid referrals will no longer automatically qualify participants for the lucky draw to receive trademark NFTs. Instead, referrers will receive an exclusive referral mysterious box, which is different from the Phase 2 mystery box. The Phase 2 mystery box drop rate will be increased from 100 per day to 1000 so more users can have the opportunity to win the reward.
4. We will implement anti-Sybil measures to prevent unfair acquisition of referral incentives and other rewards to benefit and protect users.
5. We will put a hard cap on Lynks NFTs, with a total supply to not exceed 10,000. Currently, there are just over 1,100 Lynks NFTs available. So don’t hesitate to invite more friends to participate in the Aggregation Parade campaign, earn more Nova Points and upgrade your NFTs!
